Why?
Why do I play video games? Well, I have ADHD, Attention deficit hyperactive disorder, and I can't concentrate on things. In fact, it's a miracle I'm focusing on this blog. Anyways, my brain finds video games as something interesting, and I can focus on video games for hours at a time. Now, I'm going to go a little deeper into what ADHD is. ADHD is a developmental disorder. It is characterized primarily by the co-existence of attentional problems, and hyperactivity, with each behavior occuring infrequently alone, and it is estimated that about 4.7 american adults live with ADHD
When?
When was the age I first started playing video games? I was three years old, and ever since then I've been playing video games. I have an xbox, and I have about 8 games, and I never get bored. I always find new ways to play, new ways to do things, new weapons, etc. I like first person shooting games such as Call of Duty, so on and so on. I could be considered a "Hardcore" gamer. These types of people are into shooting, driving, those kinds of games. There is also the other kind of gamer, who normally plays puzzle games, some shooting games, and racing, and others. Hardcore gamers are adventurous and are willing to plunge right into a game without checking anything and just start the campaign(If the game has one), while the other kind of gamer, is very careful as to check everything, just in case of something of any use.
